Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – Adults
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday – 06h am
- Monday through Thursday – 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu – Kids
- 4 to 7 years old – Monday / Wednesday – 5:30 pm (Class I)
- 4 to 7 years old – Monday / Wednesday – 6:15 pm (Class II)
- 8 to 11 years old – Tuesday and Thursday – 6:00 pm
- 12 to 15 years old – Monday and Wednesday – 7:00 pm
Self Defense (Women)
- Monday and Wednesday – 7:30 am
- Tuesday and Thursday – 5:00 pm
Boxing
- Tuesday and Thursday – 4:00 pm (Class I)
- Tuesday and Thursday – 7:00 pm (Class II)
